Fried Kway Teow Each plate of kway teow here is fried individually. . Available in three sizes ($3/$4/$5), I ordered the medium plate. . I noticed the color of the fried kway teow is not as dark as others. Due to the subdued sweetness from the sweet sauce, the savoriness stood out more. I find the kway teow well infused with a alluring wok hei. . In between mouthfuls, you get a bit of chye sim, bean sprouts, fried egg, lup cheong, pork lard and cockles. . Worthy of a mention here is the crispy pork lard which provided the occasional burst of crunchy saltiness to each mouthful of slippery noodles. .
