60'c Chicken Breast (5/5⭐) 60'c Chicken Breast ($18.9 Beyond 1-for-1) The chicken breast is cooked in sous vide, meaning it's cooked in vacuum bag. It's so easy to cut and eat like grilled chicken but it's not dry at all! It's served with mashed potato that heavily tastes like milk, so if you like milky taste (which i love) you'll enjoy this meal! Hey, here's a tasty gift for you! “Donut Coffee” or “Coffee Donut”? Regardless of the name, this is a really cool way to get your caffeine fix and munch on a donut at one go. Made from scratch in-house by @syukriyouki and team, the large bowl-like cup is freshly made bread coated with thick layer of #Nutella on the inside. Sugar and cinnamon is dusted all over. Freshly brewed espresso is tipped in followed by hot foamed milk, with latte art adding the finishing touch. Once I finished drinking the coffee, I took a fork and knife to the edible receptacle, slicing up the hazelnut-chocolate donut bowl (which surprisingly, wasn’t soggy at all) into neat segments for all to share.

Seoul-Style Comfort Food Special Garlic Soy Sauce Chicke + Mixed Fries + Budae Jjigae Korean fried chicken with soju bomb is an ultimate Seoul-style comfort food to destress after a long work day. The garlic soy sauce chicken was a favourite as the marinate, having been caramelised from the heat, gave it a sweet flavour and the skin remained crispy. Enjoy it with a humble, hearty stew that warmed the belly and tentalised my taste buds with its spicy, savory and unami-rich broth.

Garlic Soy Sauce Chicken (Wings & Drumlets) - $25.80 for 18pcs As sinful as it may be, Korean fried chicken is on my list of comforting food that is worth every calorie and great pairing with ice cold beer. Each piece of meat was tender and juicy with a savoury crunchy skin. With an added coat of their special sweet and sticky sauce, it was addictive that I want to eat more. 🍗🍺

The Chicken Farm (SGD $48) @ Mischief. This 4-person sharing platter is perfect for bar snacks, served with house buffalo chicken wings, Singapore style prawn paste chicken wings, nacho cheese coated popcorn chicken, and nacho chips topped with salsa and guacamole. . The respective chicken wings have moist tender chicken meat that comes off the bone easily, the buffalo chicken wings being sweet spicy in flavour, while the prawn paste chicken wings were savoury salty in flavour. . The small nuggets of popcorn chicken alternated between moist and dry, but the creamy nacho cheese sauce lends it good depth of cheesy salty flavour. . The nacho chips have to be eaten quickly while crisp, and the salsa and guacamole combination lends a bright refreshing vegetal sweet earthy flavour. . Invited tasting. . . .
