Grill Salmon ($20), BBQ Ribs ($22) 2nd visit here. Great deal & good food. The Ribs are on the heavy side for lunch, and the salmon is recommended. Try it

Bar at Business Park Food was generally good and I preferred the steak over the prawns which was slightly overcooked but still ok. Would recommend to people working in the area for lunch or dinner, otherwise travelling to Fuego would be relatively difficult without a car.

Serving Up Affordable Steak And Drinks In Central Singapore My Boyfriend and I heard that Fuego was serving Impossible Burgers and we definitely had to try. I am a big fan of steak so I ordered their Ribeye Al Fuego ($25) and it was served with a generous portion of fries and garden salad drizzled with balsamic sauce. The steak was cooked medium rare and it was really tender! We shared a Suntory White beer ($9 Happy Hour Pint) so it made for a great pairing with the steak as it was smooth and refreshing. My boyfriend ordered the Impossible Burger ($17) and it was amazing! We did a taste comparison between both dishes to see if it really lived up to its hype. It was a tough fight but despite being able to figure out which was which, Impossible Burger tastes almost like real meat so kudos to the founders! The Calamari Fritto ($12) was fried to perfection and went well with our beer too. We loved that the platter came with both tartar and spicy sauce options. Yummy! We’d definitely visit again if we were gallery hopping at Gillman Barracks as both are within walking distance from Labrador Park MRT.

Jin Ho Mia (which mean a really good life in Hokkien) strives to bring all the Hor Liao (best ingredients) to you. • Serving rice bowls by day and hotpot by night, the one that caught my eye was this Tok Kong Pot aka Superb ($48.80). Accompanied with juicy tiger prawns, fresh flower clams, roasted pork, abundance of vegetables (long cabbage, xiao bai cai, enoki mushroom etc) and instant noodles, was this colossal size Alaskan Crab 🦀 tempting us to devour it quickly. Four types of broth available, including their signature fish broth which is simmered for over 8 hours! • Jin Ho Mia Address: 460 Alexandra Road, Unit 02-20, Alexandra Retail Centre, Singapore 119963 #jinhomiasg

Best Ngoh Hiang Ah Ma Homemade Ngoh Hiang ($9.80) was divine. Y'all know I don't fancy fried stuff, but the meat inside this was SO JUICY that I'm willing to overlook the fact that this is fried. Totally edible even without the sauce on the side, it is just that flavourful. Highly recommended! Whoever this Ah Ma is, you da bomb. Thanks Burpple for the invite & Jin Ho Mia for the hospitality! 💕

Lobster Roll Don’t think there’s much I could complain about this. Bun was buttery and warm and the lobster came with a light creme fraiche. Much better than some other lobster rolls that I’ve tried in Singapore. Sufficient cheese on the fries and also the salad was tasty with the right seasoning. Service was attentive as well. I think lobster roll is only served for lunch so super glad that i jumped at this treat for myself. TGIF!

Atas Hae Mee Tng Finally tried this hae mee tng at naked finn! The broth was really thick and packed with grilled prawn flavour. The somen is like a thicker version of mee sua and the two thin slices of pork left me wanting more. The prawns were fresh and sweet, but the last one I got was a tad mushy. Definitely tastes different as the hawker versions. Most seemed to think $30 after GST for a bowl of prawn noodle is too expensive but the price is actually close to some expensive ramen places. So why the reluctance to pay more for prawn broth that’s simmered for hours? So #worthtotry for me. #lunch #solodining

Hae Mee Tng Ending the year with a #throwback to one of my favourite lunch venue of 2018-The Naked Finn. Despite the somewhat steep price tag, the food was more than enjoyable with a group of very friendly and attentive staff. Having the Hae mee tng ($25), the signature stock was full of prawny shiokness and just the thing if you are in the mood for atas prawn mee. Made by first frying a variety of prawns in grapeseed oil, then blended and slowly simmered with the pork stock for hours; what is left is of course a rich concentrated broth. No added sugar or MSG, the flavours were also deep in the natural sweetness of crustacean. Though to provide the soup with an extra boost, each bowl was presented with prawn oil, lard and chilli as condiments. Therefore, an umami hit, save this bowl all for yourself as you dig into the 3 large pieces of salt-grilled tiger prawns (Penaeus monodon) and slice of Salmon Creek Farms Natural Pork Belly Roll with your choice of noodles (Japanese somen or vermicelli, or a mix of both).

PeraMakan at Keppel Club. Located at Level 3, Keppel Club, 10 Bukit Chermin Road, Singapore 109918. Their Signature Nonya Chap Chye $12 😀👍🏼 This is truly a yummy plate of Chap Chye.. Cabbage and chinese dried ingredients braised in delicious homemade bean sauce! This is a simple Nonya dish but they slow-cooked it so well that we can’t stop eating it!! Everything is so soft and infused with the tasty gravy! @peramakansg #hungryunicornsg #peramakan #peramakansg #chapchye #nonyachapchye

PeraMakan at Keppel Club. Located at Level 3, Keppel Club, 10 Bukit Chermin Road, Singapore 109918. We have always enjoyed peranakan food because they all taste so good!! Almost every dish is so delicious! Our favourite is their Ayam Kleo $16.90. A delicious mouth-watering plate of chicken cooked in spicy coconut sauce with a hint of Indian spices!! Chicken is so flavourful and tender, well absorbed of the curry sauce.. These gravy goes so well with a plate of white rice, we often tend to overeat so go slow on their white rice 😀👍🏼 @peramakansg #hungryunicornsg #peramakan #peramakansg #ayamkleo #currychicken

Pink Diamond (Red Ruby) With Coconut Ice Cream 14++ The ice cream itself was fantabulous and the dried coconut bits within provided a stunnint textural contrast. One of the best coconut ice creams i've ever had. The aroma and the taste of the juicy jackfruit was inpeccable as well, but it does overpower the other ingredients to the extent that i thought there was jackfruit in the coconut ice cream simply due to the fragrance of the jackfruit. Chilled coconut flesh. At first i tot it's gonne be completely tasteless next to such a rich coconut ice cream but how wrong i was. Never knew chilling the flesh could change the flavour profile and texture of the coconut flesh so much. A wonderful addition to the dessert. Pink diamonds. Was expecting red ruby but i turned out to be wrong. This was in fact water chesnut with a red ruby like exterior. Cant say i prefer this to the red ruby's chewy texture but at least it's interesting. A rather value for money dessert unexpectedly if u can get past the initial disappointment that pink diamonds arent red rubies and never will be :'( otherwise the quality of the ingredients do shine Overall for the price i expected much more but at least one dish(the lamb) delivered so it wasn't a complete letdown. Honestly some of the food u can find at other places at half the price or less, and the food here mostly isn't worth it. I mean freshness of ingredients is to be expected at a fine dining already so in the flavours component most of the dishes failed to impress or even surprise. Moreover the service staff needs some work. They actually forgot to give me the executive lunch menu with the excuse that no one else had it today. Well of course no one will order if they didnt even see the lunch menu right. And the service staff told me there would be sticky rice in the lunch set so i happily ordered but turns out there wasnt so maybe a miscommunication between the staff and the kitchen? Also what's with the insanely difficult to find menu online? Heard the chef doesnt want an online copy to be available and there isn't one online. I dont get it. The menu was so simplified there wasnt any trade secrets in there anyway. I never had more trouble searching for an established restaurant's menu. Online lunch menu can be found on quandoo. Rmb it might be a long walk from labrador park mrt into the heart of the park where the restaurant was situated and do bring insect repellants for it is a park

Dessert Platter (Dessert Of Lunch Set) This is changed daily based on the chef's discretion so do check with the service. Here we have: Pumpkin custard: really creamy and pumpkin flavour was enjoyably subtle Pandan jelly: definitely loved this! Pronounced pandan aroma and beautiful textural contrast in the small bits within the jelly. Yam cake: i seriously dont understand why fried shallots are used as garnish. The crispy texture and savouriness completely threw off the cake's subtle sweetness and flavour. Would have been great without the garnish

Lamb Shank 38++ This was the absolute highlight of the meal. If you have seen any steph curry mixtapes that is what the lamb shank is to the meal. Curry was absolutely stunning with much complexity, and it was addictively spicy as well. Lamb was superb and exactly what it should be: tender, flavourful, not gamey. The lamb peels off the bone so easily i didnt realise until halfway through that i was holding the spoon instead of the knife. I actually didnt use the knife at all and you really dont have to. GET THIS IF YOU COME HERE(ditch the beer massanam curry in favour of this!!) The breaded tapioca/lotus root(not sure which one) and the potato were indubitably incredible in mopping up the flavoursome curry. Spectacular
