Paulaner Signature Sausage Pan (S$26.90++) Two grilled “Nurnberger” sausages, a Bavarian white “Bratwurst” sausage and Paulaner signature sausage on “Sauerkraut”, with mashed potatoes and Paulaner dark beer sauce. Love the juicy sausages, especially the signature which oozed out melted cheese. Pork Schnitzel (S$25.90++) Thinly flattened pork escalope, breaded and fried golden brown with butter, served with lemon and French fries. Not sure why but the breaded meat tasted like chicken nugget. Kind of more on the dry side. Very Good Pork Knuckles It's hard to find good German food & beer in Singapore City area.. Glad to have try here.
Great Place For A Nights Out Ambience was amazing with three levels of sitting and decorated in a German fashion. We ordered two schnitzels: pork and chicken a sirloin steak and their specialty: PORK KNUCKLE. Steak portion is small :( We don’t drink and it’s a pity as I think they do brew some legit alcohol.

Overall, it was an amazing experience from the very start. All the staff (Both the service attendants and the chefs) had exemplary customer service, at least compared to most Singaporean F&B establishments. I thoroughly enjoyed the food, service, ambience and it was an excellent Sunday brunch. I can’t compare it to any other’s but definitely felt that it was a 3H well-spent. Despite having a huge variety of food on offer, the restaurant manages to maintain an outstanding quality for most of the dishes on offer. Taste: 9/10 Ambience: 8/10 Price: 7.5/10 (With 20% Chope! Vouchers) Overall: 8.5/10 (Highly recommend for a slow brunch where the focus is on enjoying the huge variety AND quality of food on offer with like-minded loved ones) More pictures at: Full review at:
The Irish oysters are nicer than the Canadian ones. I only ate one each. Wife says I come to buffet not worth it. She loves oysters so she had quite a bit. Don’t like slipper lobsters, if only they had Boston 🦞.
Friday Buffet Dinner ($88) was just so marvelous!!!! 😋 Magnificent spread, tasty dishes, fresh seafood & super pretty dessert!! 🧁 We went for the succulent fresh oysters rounds after rounds after rounds 😋 Service was super friendly & efficient 👍🏻 A very pleasant ambience to spend Friday evening eating & drinking & yakking 😀 #burpple

Never have I ever had a vegetarian meal so good. It’s an amazing play of ingredients to exude fine dining to this 8 course meal. We started off with a medley of appetizers. What stood out to us was the Shroom Kut Teh Consommé and Salted Egg Popiah. It was a herbal style brew packed with umami goodness of mushrooms and served with crunchy you tiao. Whereas the use of salted egg in the popiah was a delightful contrast to the traditional turnip fillings. The meal ended off strong with a delicate Min Jiang Kueh Crepe cake with layers of peanut butter and cream. Everybody was seen scrapping their plates clean. ~ Thank you @singaporefoodlisting @elemensg for the invite! • 8 course meal SGD38.00 (available till 31 Aug 2019) Salted Egg Popiah Shroom Kut Teh Consommé Mantou with Chilli Sauce Bandung Sorbet Hainanese Style Risotto Min Jiang Kueh Crepe Cake Soy Milk with Gula Melaka
Quinoa Hotstone Rice Ordered the 5 items set - ~$25.60++ Ratings: 8/10 Worth: 7/10 Loved the hotstone rice - fragrant and delicious! The charred rice stuck to the sides of the hotstone was really appetising:) Wonderful vegetarian food in general The set came with appetiser, soup, drinks and dessert - quite worth it for the price considering the ambience and food quality.

Gastronomical experience with this one-off specially crafted ‘Nirvana’ menu (swipe to end) by Chef Milind Sovani at @RangMahal for WGS 2018. A feast for the mind, body & soul - elements of water, ether, air, fire & earth were presented in each course to showcase innovative takes of classic Indian cuisine with impeccable quality. Service is famously mannered while the food & ambience come together in perfect harmony. . I’ve always been a fan of Indian cuisine but this was actually my first shot tasting sophisticated Indian dishes in an elegant setting. Hands down one of the best firsts of my life thanks to @wineanddinesg! Psst! the Tandoori Tiger Prawn & Basil Chicken Tikka were definitely unforgettable. . Gourmet menu with my favourites aside, their latest introduction (2nd photo) for future patrons also features the Largest Papadum in Singapore! Literally birthed from the back of the wok, the ✨Roomali Masala Papad ($15) was incredibly crispy & paper-thin, with bold masala flavours from its special spice blend, topped with lentil crispies, tomatoes, onions, Chili & sev. We were more than keen to get our hands dirty for this! 💕
