Salted Egg Floss Cake Nonsensical. As if floss not enough. The combination was actually nauseating. I also heard the usually grumpy female staff make a homophobic remark so allies should boycott them.

UFO Bun Interesting find. BreadTalk's iconic floss bun adapted with sponge cake. Take note it's much smaller.

Economical Rice Pumpkin, lemon chicken, pork ribs. Very boring this round.

opens till late is a huge plus!! we got cookie monster and speculoos which was honestly q a sugar overload but i liked both the ice cream & waffle texture!!

Milo Mallow Quite sweet and even more so after adding the marshmallows into the ice cream. Milo taste could be stronger and less sweet. Take note that the ice cream melts super quickly. There’s dine-in option available too.

Licking Good Ice cream Always been a lover of honeycomb ice cream. The version here is creamy with crunchy bits of honeycomb and a sprinkle of salt in the mix. Absolutely love this! Other flavours we ordered here are roasted pistachio, dark chocolate and lime strawberry. They were all very good! Who would have thought we will find an ice cream haven in this neighbourhood 😁

Teochew Fishball Mee Pok I usually eat their bcm but tried something different this time. The fishcake slices were large and felt homemade, while the fishballs were obviously unique, but overall I find this inferior to their bcm. The soup though was still among the best!

Good Mala Pork Spicy Noodles And Meatballs Chanced upon this 3-week-old stall inside the corner coffeeshop at Blk 46 Telok Blangah Drive (right next to Buona Vista Community Club). Manned by a rather young and energetic team, #gimmefacenoodlehouse’s eye-catching branding and frontage led me to order their food. I enjoyed my Mala Spicy Pork Noodles for its al dente noodles tossed in an aromatic and hot Sichuan spice paste. The meatballs which they make themselves, stood out in size and softness. I found the liver slices thin but pretty well cooked. So if you like this organ, you can consider trying their Silky Pork Liver Noodles. Portion size for the food isn’t huge, so I would suggest adding on a bowl of the Fishballs and/or Meatballs Soup to share.

Sweet Potato Bread $1 only!! Natural sweet potato bread that is soft to bite into 😍

Red Bean Bread Old school red bean bread. I would say the amount of filling is quite decent!!

Coffee Bread Aromatic coffee bread with coffee flavoured cream. Bread is soft and fluffy too :)

Ginseng Chrysanthemum Tea Horrible. Damn ex but I've always liked this drink so gave them a chance. It was diluted to the point of water. Don't trust Kimly's Ho Lim nonsense.

Black Pepper Chicken Chop ($8.50) Overall, this didn’t disappoint at all, except maybe for their baked beans which was below average quality. Paired well with the black pepper sauce, the grilled chicken chop had a nice charred taste and was succulent. Special mention goes to their fluffy fried bun which went perfectly well with the black pepper sauce.

Old School Western Food Chicken Chop for takeaway. It’s a decent rendition with a deep fried bun, coleslaw, fries and chicken chop that’s drenched in a brown gravy.

Chicken Chop Hidden under Blk 10 Telok Blangah Crescent, inside Bgain 10 Old Street Coffee House. Probably the best you can get in this neighbourhood that you see lots of people living here will always visit the stall. I enjoyed my chicken chop especially with their fried bun that made the bun so crispy! $8

chendol ($4.90) one of the best chendols in sg😋

dry mee siam ($6.50) not a lot of places offer DRY meesiam but this one does and it’s GOOD

Nyonya Bak Chang HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! They totally nailed the rice to filling ratio!! AND IT IS SWEET 😭💕💕💕

Ground Beef Rice They finally had the dish I wanna try. And it flipped my impression of them. It's damn good. You may prefer beef chunks or slices, but this didn't lack flavour. Together with runny egg, gravy and ample garnish, mix them up and it's heavenly. There's also beef soup and many sauces, so continue to experiment.

Beef Brisket Soup This stall is not very professional. Every visit, there's something unavailable. I ended getting this, which was kind of a wrong order too. I wanted the beef brisket rice. Overall underwhelming. The soup was okay but not great. The meat was mostly tough. Even cheap beef elsewhere can beat this brisket.

Pumpkin Muffin I thought something special. Like normal muffins lor.

Earl Grey Chiffon [$2.20] Super dense chiffon cake that I love with a passion. I could eat it again and again without getting bored of it.

[Chocolat N Spice] [Chocolat N Spice] . [Burpple Tastemaker Tour] . Tasted some of the muffins and chiffon from Chocolat N Spice! Some of them are Banana Walnut and Panda Chiffon! . Traditionally dressed looking Muffins and Chiffons might seem decent and simple looking but the content of the ingredients, skills and effort in baking these pasteries are indeed remarkable! . Cakes are moist and fluffly, fragrant and yummy upon each bite. Texture are soft and comfortable to feel. Also their crust are slightly crunchy which adds on to the layers flavour and taste of the muffins! . Overall, experience are indeed WOW after having these cakes and muffins and Thank You @alhsx and @burpple for recommending this stall during the guide!:)

Brown Sugar Matcha Milk Top-end item, but tasted like Each-A-Cup. In other words, powdery and fake.

Lava Cheese Pork Burger I'm losing faith in this chain. Their prices so high and this is what they gave me. You'd think lava cheese means cheddar, but the cheese you see here has actually coagulated. The pork patty is also not a pork chop like some places, but a factory-made one like Ramly. Sides are potato croquettes and broccoli with corn. The croquettes were so bad. Very dense and bland.
