My fav will the Hokkaido Scallops with Eefu noodle and truffle sauce.
The eefu noodle have strong wok hei and fragrant from truffle sauce.
The CNY menu will be available from 9 January to 5 February 2023, and the set menu are available for both lunch and dinner, and price starts from SGD 98++ per guest.
Yusheng and Pen Cai are available for both dine-in and takeaway.
Bookings are open for CNY as well as the restaurant’s private dining suites, Ruby and Emerald.
