PSA cold water 1.5+

Yes, this is the minimum portion. 4 pancakes lol

But not to worry, it's pretty light, so portion is good for two. It really is v soft, and fuwafuwa in the middle. The exterior is kinda cake like when cooked.

Don't microwave this though if u takeaway, it will cook thru and it's not v pleasant.

Otherwise, pretty interesting and q good. Worth a try!!

PSA only the main dining area has the griddle, which means only those tables can eat monjayaki and cheese souffle pancake. So please reserve those tables in advance

The okonomiyaki is not bad, you can order the okonomiyaki anywhere u seat as they will cook it for you and send it to your table if you're sitting inside. It's crispy outside, but there isn't a lot of meat. Which really begs the question, should u add on meat? Even if you add on it's not a lot. But if you add on it's alr not alot, then never add on even less? Tough problems

Chill ambience. Good food. Great tomyum okonomiyaki. Fantastic grilled squid($30).
Food: 7/10.
Will I return? Yes.

Since we can't travel to Osaka, then let Seiwa bring Osaka to us!
I like the batter and the generous mix of ingredients that went into it. We tried the pork okonomiyaki and it was light enough and a good balance to pair off with our Suntory.

Just a stone throw away from the Jalan Besar MRT station is a hidden Japanese restaurant that is perfect for group gathering. At this place, you’ll have the option of cooking your own okonomiyaki or sit back and watch the chef skillfully prepares it for you. With the inner masterchef in us, of course we opted to cook it ourselves. However, it turned out to be a mess, so eventually we let the chef took over. Nevertheless, it’s still a very fun and interesting experience! We got the okonomiyaki, monjayaki and the seafood platter. The taste of the monjayaki is great but its wet and mushy texture may not be to everyone’s liking. Overall, the food served was average but the unique experience and the friendly service crews make us want to go back again.

I think the batter could have been used it make 6 smaller pancakes instead. The pancakes were so big that the sides were abit undercooked. If they were fully, the pancakes would have been very nice.
