Sen of Japan is a casual dining Japanese restaurant and bar. Our dishes are designed by Chef Nakano Hiromi, who used to head the famous NOBU at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas. The meaning of ‘Sen’ in Japanese is fresh, we believe that the quality of each dish lies in the source of ingredients – ‘To be fresh’. Our curated menu aims to bring to the table the taste of Modernised Japanese cuisine combined with an intimate setting with spectacular views of the Singapore skyline.

Would rank the sashimi and the cod as the best dishes. The pork belly was great in portion and the lobster would be why you would expect! Mala maki is great too!

The chef seems different. The pasta is no al dente and not much of the truffle note.

A tad disappointing as the portion and offering are so different from that in May 2021. No more wow factor.

I only had 2 mouthful and I stop eating. Sian money wasted.

Pretty decent but i wouldn't come back for my Japanese food craving
