Our dishes are designed by Chef Nakano Hiromi, who used to head the famous NOBU at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas. The meaning of ‘Sen’ in Japanese is fresh, we believe that the quality of each dish lies in the source of ingredients – ‘To be fresh’. Our curated menu aims to bring to the table the taste of Modernised Japanese cuisine combined with an intimate setting with spectacular views of the Singapore skyline.

Texture of the cheesecake was not as soft but more dense, different from the regular ones that I’m used to. Didn’t enjoy it.

Ending our dinner off with a mille crepe cake as dessert. Crepe layer was a tad too thick and the cream in between the layer was not enough to give a nice flavour to the tastebud. But still, a nice touch to finish off our last course!

Another option from the Show & Dine menu is this wagyu beef. Very tender and soft, it was well cooked by the chef! It comes with butter sauce, chopped and fried garlic to pair with the beef meat to enhance it flavour.

Grilled king prawn topped with torched cheese and ebiko. Prawn is very juicy and pair well with the savoury cheese. Comes with a side salad too!

Chef selection of fresh sashimi. Super fresh and juicy! Especially the scallop, mega love to it!

Fancy Japanese restaurant with quality cuts of sashimi that were sweet and fresh.
