Done right! Fluffy white bread, sufficient butter and charcoal grilled. ($1.20)

Unlike other traditional kaya toasts, the toast here was more soft-and-fluffy rather than thin-and-crisp. The charcoal marks on the bread added to the visual appeal though. That said, I am fully on-board this variarion of kaya toast because the combination of the soft white bread, sweet kaya and cold slab of butter just works. It doesn't sound super appetising but you really just have to try it for yourself!!

I actually really liked this a lot. Being a kaya toast lover, I've had my fill of generic kaya toasts but I appreciate how this one was crisp and toasted on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. Not pictured, but there was a good amount of kaya and slightly melted butter. Best part is that the 3 pieces of bread only cost $1.80 in total! I would definitely come back again (the other food at the coffeshop are supposedly good too)

Can’t say no to traditional kaya toast and Sen Yen in Sin Ming still retains that old school flavour. TGIF!

Every slice of kaya toast comes with a huge slab of cold butter that you can actually bite into.

The special fr this toast, It’s using white bread.
Texture of the bread was very soft, thick and crispy on the top , filling with kaya and butter.
Perfect for breakfast..
