The main body of the creme brulee is full of cempedak flavour, top up w real fruit bits on top, very WOW factor!! Totally not sweet like the traditional creme brulee~~
Mentaiko Mac n cheese: advise to share, too sinfully filled w mentaiko n cheese. Flavours are addictive:)

Cake is soft & dense, taste similar to Asian pastry (kueh); with warm, thick & biscoff-rich lava oozing from inside; taste surprisingly good; with vanilla ice cream at the side to balance out the taste; not overly sweet; with espresso jelly cubes that are firm & coffee-rich taste..

Rice is soft & with right amount of wetness, rich with squid ink taste, not fishy; grilled baby squid is firm & lightly salted; fresh ikura that complement the dish well; love the addition of parmesan chips that add some crisp & light saltiness to the dish; with puff rice that add crunch to the dish..

Typical mac & cheese served in a pan but with the addition of mentaiko; unique yet well-combined taste; best for sharing as gets jelat midway..

Al-dente pasta tossed with flavorful garlicky & peppery broth with natural sweetness from clam; with generous portion of fresh clam & garlic chip; would be better with the addition of chilli for some spiciness in the dish; a tad too salty..

For $22 you get a big slab of sea bass with lotus root chips and sauteed spinach. The fish was fresh, tender and juicy. Paired with basil oil and olive dust(?). I couldn't really taste much of the latter. I would recommend this for sharing with another main as it would be too monotonous as a dish on its own.
