Today's kimchi is a little sweet (like I could taste the sugar omo) and it was a little disappointing to be honest. But the portion is huge and I love the pork belly + tofu inside the soup. Best served hot (like all kinds of raMEN 😉) Would visit the restaurant again to try out other dishes.

P/S please don't order their kimchi pancake! It was dough > pancake. Like 85% dough and 15% kimchi? Lol.

The army stew is said to feed 2-3 pax but I personally felt that at least 3 pax is required, given the generous portion of ingredients and free refill of stew. An option of non-spicy or spicy for the stew, we opted for the latter of course! The stew is thick and flavourful, with a tinge of spiciness that is distinct yet not too overwhelming. A comfort and hearty indulgence, especially on a rainy day! 🌧 Along with a variety of ingredients comprising of luncheon meat❤️, tender pork belly strips, sausages, baked beans, juicy shiitake mushrooms, soft tofu, crunchy cabbage and kimchi, sliced fishcake, chewy rice cakes, the army stew also comes with ramyeon noodles. The mozzarella cheese was a great complement to the ingredients and noodles as it melts into a stringy, elastic texture upon contact with the pipping hot stew. FYI, egg is not included by default and we actually brought our own to add on 😅 .

Well we are pretty greedy people! We ordered an army stew for 3 when there's only 2 of us! It comes with 1 jjigae + 2 sides (kimchi pancake and chicken wings)! The jjigae was loaded with abundance of ingredients like toppoki, kimchi, luncheon meat, sausages, cabbage, meat, beans, tofu, mushrooms etc and not forgetting the MAGGIE MEE! The soup base started off light but as it boils, the soup thickens and brought out the flavors of the soup. A little spicy a little sour, tingling around your tastebuds. Thumbs up for that! We paid about $40 because there's 2 of us, otherwise, if there's 3 pax, it's only about $25! Which is pretty worth it!
