This is the best kbbq place you can ever find in Singapore. The meat quality is truly amazing and some more, it's a buffet!!!!!!! Must try is B3 (갈비살), B1 (차돌박이).

Located not at Telok Ayer or Tanjong Pagar, Seoul Restaurant is a family-run Korean restaurant housed within Regent Singapore. Not the most common of location to find Korean BBQ, and going to Regent feels like a mini staycation, there’s certainly no grandeur in Seoul Restaurant’s interior setup but what you will feel upon stepping in is going to a Korean home for a meal. You can either opt for the buffet or ala carte which we chose the latter as we were stuffed from lunch, and ordered a portion of the seasoned pork prime-rib with seasoned soy sauce, haemul-pajeon aka seafood pancake and sundubu jjigae. The bill comes up to $90+ for everything and whilst it’s not the cheapest around, it’s still an above-average option to escape from the crowded city and the best part is the ventilation as you don’t feel like a bbq meat yourself after the meal.

I was dismayed when my envision joy of treating my parents to a good hansik (한싴) meal was met with an ordinary korean meal with at least a decent variety of banchan (반찬). The former I’ve had in Korea had a variety of >8 bespoke Korean side dishes which Seoul’s rendition and pictorial reference on its website fell completely short of expectations of.
While we did have a good bowl of beef bone soup (ala carte), I’d require a compelling reason to pay a return visit to this establishment.

The best part about this korean bbq is that they not only have unlimited meat, but also ala carte food like the jiggae, korean pancakes, bibimbap and more! The food is authentic and delicious, and the quality of their meat is superb.

This is legit authentic and delicious. Perfect for the chilling weather recently.

BBQ meats were above average. Best in the menu were the stews. My favorite would be the kong biji jiggae which is rarely found in singapore. It is grounded beans mixed with spicy pork broth.
Side dishes provided were good too and service staff were very willing to refill them whenever we request for it.
