We made the pilgrimage to the Dai Pai Dong where he shot his latest No Reservation with Christopher Doyle and Asia Argento. This was by far the best meal I had while I was in Hong Kong; that slick sheen of a Hor Fun does not disguise how unhealthy it is but it was one helluva’ tasty dish of carbs and meat. Then you add the fluffy egg with mince meat and a token tofu and vegetables dish; you get a high and orgasm that no ecstasy pill will achieve.
