A quintessential Japanese creative dessert, this tofu flavored Kakigori came drizzled with tofu flavored syrup which tasted almost like a mild soya bean drink. Dig deeper and be rewarded with chunky tofu cakes and creamy tofu flavored ice cream.
Along with the seasonal flavour, Sakura Blossom [HK$82], we also had Matcha Cream Special and Avocado Milk [HK$78]. The filling (under the pile of ice) is prefixed for each flavour. Can't help but miss this creamy Avocado Milk, which was also the crowd pleaser for the table.
