Would eat this everyday if only I were staying around that area. Very generous portion of chicken. Chicken is v soft and tender. Not loaded with msg - didnt feel thirsty at all after. Auntie even gave me the drumstick even though no request was made 😭
Different sizes available. Would pay $4 for this over any wanton mee anytime. Cheers to the aunties for working hard and providing such tasty meal options

Drumstick + dumplings =$6

Not joking, entire Drumstick + add on dumpling for only $6.

Reasonably long queue during lunch time.

The chicken is soft and tender.

The dumpling were of adequate size packed with fillings.

The chicken rice chilli also good. Will try their chicken rice next time.

The tender, juicy and tasty chicken was cooked in soy sauce which left a savoury taste on the smooth skin. Noodles were cooked to the perfect firm and springy texture with braised sauce and chili. Chicken was moist and smooth, giving a very natural taste through every bite 》$3

$3 a plate of soya sauce chicken with springy noodles, brisk queue, stall is at the corner of food centre.
For braised chicken feet lovers, $2 per addition for the tasty slow-cooked chicken feet. Total sum up $5 for the soya sauce chicken noodles with chicken feet, superb value!
$3 for the medium sized hand made savoury dumpling soup, approx 7 pieces inside.
Yummy!

While this may not be the best soy sauce chicken I’ve ever had, this stall sure is one of my favourite stalls at the market (currently undergoing a big renovation).

A group of conscientious aunties and uncles start their day by nimbly filling and folding wantons and dumplings, while the poaching liquid for the chicken simmers away in a huge vat. The perpetual queue here is testament to how good the food is, especially the soy sauce chicken noodle. The meat is tender enough while the noodles are springy, and they never skimp on the sweet and savoury zhup and the super shiok chilli (somehow, it always tastes better when da bao-ed).
The serving portion of every dish here is incredibly generous too, and whenever I request for extra veggies, the friendly auntie will always oblige and insist on not charging extra.

Other than the Soy Sauce Chicken Noodle, the Dumpling Noodle and Soy Sauce Chicken Rice are good too. The latter may not pack as much flavour punch as the other dishes, but their homemade chilli sauce will instantly fix that for you. And if you're a fan, the Chicken Feet Noodles are also very popular here.
