There was a queue, but they prepared the food super fast, like immediately after you order.

It’s not exactly mindblowing, but it was pretty good. Quite a light taste, not heavy and salty. Maybe the signature one with different types of meat would’ve been more exciting to eat

Went to their Lao Pa Sat outlet. The Hor Fun was pre-blanched and just added duck meat, braised egg and Lu Rou. Overpowering taste of star anise dominated my palate and I can understand why because there was a strange taste like that from poorly prepared mutton.

Not sure how they got the Bib Gourmand but I won’t be coming back ever.

Came back for the duck hor fun.... but can you just look at the difference in the size of the mushroom compared to the last time I came (previous post). A lil disappointed that they reduced the size of the mushrooms because that was the bomb.

$6

There’s some hints of herbal in the broth, but it’s not as pronounced as I would have imagined given that they put much emphasis on the spices in the broth. The portion of the meat was quite generous. The best part tho - are dem mushrooms! Huge af, super juicy and they soaked up all the goodness of the sauces 😋

In my plate, there are chicken drumstick, duck drumstick, spare ribs, braised egg and mushrooms.

Silky horfun, tender strips of chicken drenched in a herbal sauce; was nice! The mushrooms were not bad as well. However I personally prefer the ah liang ipoh horfun sauce which is cleaner tasting / lighter.
