First time here for their $9.90 hotpot! Both the chicken and mala soup are of good quality and doesn't leave you thirsty like some msg soup does. The ingredients served were also fresh and an extremely generous portion for $9.90++

Free sauce before 4pm on weekdays!

Special mention for the chewy handmade noodles 🍜

For the price, the quality is definitely worth it.

We waited 25 mins for a table during weekday lunch.

Will definitely be back!

Located at 133 New Bridge Rd, Chinatown Point, #B1-30, Singapore 059413. Recently they have open a few more outlets and now they have 10 in total! I like the flexibility that they have Single value Set meal for 1 pax or 2-3pax set meal or ala-carte, we had ala-carte for 3 pax and total bill was $76. Some ingredients were going for 50%, such a deal! Portion was decent even though it’s half price and we had some marinated ones and they taste pretty yummy! We love their beauty soup and tomato soup base!! They have this chope system where u earn a chope for every $38 spend and with your chope you can redeem for soft toys or etc that’s available in store. An alternative cheaper place to have your hotpot craving other than HDL, BIAP. #hungryunicornsg #shilifang #shilifangsteamboat #shilifanghotpot #steamboat

I love hotpot but most hotpot places require you to come with a large group as the portions are family sized. This $9.90++ single set is great for solo or couple dining as it has a little bit of everything. The portion is just perfect for me since it comes with a choice of carbs, but if you are a big eater you can of course add a la carte orders (or go for the slightly more expensive sets). Choice of pork, chicken, fish, ytf etc sets. +$1 for the beef set pictured. Available for both lunch and dinner, price includes dipping sauces and the hotpot soup. I wish the 麻辣 soup was more authentic but you can't win em all, hey?

[One Cent Money, One Cent Goods]

Anyone expecting the food, service and ambience experience of Hai Di also but without the extensive cost here should just steer clear.

If anyone tried convincing you to come here saying “it’s like Hai di Lao, but cheaper!”, don’t be fooled by them. Wise up, and understand, that no good things in life come cheap.

Now Hai Di Lao good by Singaporeans standards, Shi Li Fang however, is in a different league of its own, albeit lower. Think somewhere between Hai Di Lao (for its array of food) and some Bugis steamboat (for its quality of soup and food).

Being honest here, the quality of the food is nowhere near being competitive towards HDL’s, Nor are their soups, especially the Mala which were too diluted and lacking any fragrance Nor numbingly spiciness.

So you should not come here if you want a cheaper version of HDL, you should come here if you want a better version of Bugis street steamboat.

Usually have promotions since they charge per pax, but adding on items and sauces are subject to charges!
