Rich earthy mushroom broth, umami tender cha siu and soft chewy thin noodle. Ah... hearty & comforting. Slurp!🍜 The broth brewed from six different types of mushroom namely porcini, eringi, shiitake, enoki, shimeji and oyster mushroom. With a touch of garlic butter & truffle oil added to it to give an extra bold aroma and taste.😍

Crispy batter, chewy meat. A bit tough tho. Paired with the mayonnaise dip to enjoy it.

What’s special here would be their four season (four different type of ramen broth).

The spring ramen used the cherry blossom oil” infused soup. Take a sip of the soup first before your mix everything and add chili oil. You also find these pink sakura-shaped pasta on top of your noodle. $15.90++ (add $4.90++ for a side dish and tea)

Lauded as a Michelin awarded ramen at the newly opened Jewel Changi, expectations were high. Ambience was great as it was by the man-made waterfall. Well, that all it - the good of the place.

Extremely salty without depth in flavor, we do not understand which part of the salty we failed to appreciate. The service staff informed us that we could add plain broth to dilute the saltiness. Noodles and the ingredients were pretty run in the mil and nothing noteworthy. Portion wise was average.

The ramen bowls here feature ingredients of different seasons. The autumn bowl consists of 6 types of mushrooms, and you can really taste the earthy tones of the broth! Also, when they first serve this bowl to you, there are 3 different broths concentrated at parts of the bowl - garlic butter, truffle mushroom and tonkotsu. You are recommended to take a sip of each of the three, before mixing them up. Noodles wise they're slightly thinner. Overall a good bowl of ramen with intense flavours!
