One of the better salad places around IMO. You can choose to create your own salad or pick out their pre-made selection. Ingredients are pretty fresh and they didn't overdose on the dressing.. I'll definitely be back!
Served as a promotional item for two days at Shinkansen, the Wafushi is a fusion of Waffle and Sushi. Basically the sushi rice gets grilled atop a waffle grill before the toppings go onto it. They serve two variants; a salmon version and a ham & cheese. The seared salmon was smothered with thick layers of Jap Mayo and served possibly with Mentaiko and is pretty much umami with the slight sweet yet savoury grilled rice which was still chewy but a little crusty, whereas the ham & cheese feels more pizza-like with sushi rice.
