Fresh seafood are cooked and served in their in house restaurant, quite alike to Tsukiji but everything is indoors. Everything in the picture adds to less than $60! Where else can you get such quality jap food? Shabu shabu is available at lunch whilst teppanyaki is available at dinner (soft launch). Besides the restaurants, they also have fresh food grocer for home-cooking.
You can find all kinds of sashimi, oysters and live seafood. My favourite will be chutorro sashimi and grilled squid👍🏻
