This is a long belated post but throwback to the Signature Lunch Set ($21.90) that I tried at Shou Handmade Dim Sum a while ago.

The set came with 10-Hour Simmered Chicken Broth Pao Fan, House Special Siew Mai, Siew Mai, Har Gao, Baked Barbecue Pork Bun, Pan-Fried Mei Cai Pork Bun, Fried Beancurd Skin with Prawn, Osmanthus Wolfberry Jelly and Yunnan Premium Yi Wu Pu'er Ripe Tea.

The Pao Fan was flavourful and the serving was generous. The various dim sum was generally well executed and the variety and quality is a steal for this price point. I was surprisingly full at the end of the meal - satisfied!

Encounter a hidden gem in Maxwell, this dim sum spot offers a satisfying selection of dishes. Ordered a variety of items, the porridge was warm and comforting, with a smooth texture and mild flavor. The char siu noodle stood out with springy noodles and sweet-savory barbecue pork that wasn’t overpowering. The chee cheong fun was soft and silky, paired with a light sauce that complemented the rice rolls well. The fried prawn paste was crispy on the outside with a strong prawn flavor, making it a highlight. Lastly, the har gow was well made, featuring thin, slightly chewy skin and fresh, juicy prawns inside. Overall, the dishes were well-prepared and stayed true to traditional dim sum flavors, making it a pleasant dining experience.

Located at KADA, the newest hip joint in the central area and conveniently near Maxwell MRT, this dim sum spot is easy to get to. Har gao had a perfectly delicate skin, and the prawn pancake was crispy and delicious—definitely the highlight. I also enjoyed the filling congee and noodles, which were satisfying. Worth coming back for!

Came here for lunch on a workday and it was pretty crowded! The dimsum was fresh and came piping hot, we had no trouble finishing the food.

tried their in house special siewmai and thought that it was done really well, nice unique twist to the traditional taste with the addition of sambal(?). great spot for delicious and affordable dimsum!

This is such a wonderful spot for dim sum! It is conveniently located near Maxwell MRT, just 2mins walk, and it serves traditional, handmade dishes! I ordered the congee, which was flavourful and silky, and had quite a handful of century egg and minced pork in it. The carrot cake was crisp outside, and savory inside, with just the right seasoning. And the har gao was a highlight, the delicate chewy skin and fresh shrimp used, made every bite satisfying. Everything felt freshly made and full of care — I’ll definitely be coming back!
