This is one of my favourite dish from this place! The combination of the savoury, salty mentaiko sauce and potato shreds tastes absolutely divine. Though it’s called a rosti, it’s pretty much potato shreds with a little bit of crunch (love the texture!) unlike the rosti we know where it’s held together and panfried with butter. This dish is a 8/10 for me!

Felt that the restaurant was pricy but well worth the amount paid for . The food served was on point and I especially liked the beef & potato stew . So much flavours in one bowl !

Apart from that , would also recommend trying the scallop w me taiko and the beef gyudon.

So happy to have found a place that’s near my office for casual drinks and food. The menu’s pretty diverse, and we found ourselves ordering the Mentaiko Rosti, a donburi each (I got the negitoro don— 💯), fried chicken skin and the Crab gratin (not pictured). Negitoro portion was generous, and I love the addition of the raw quail egg 🥺👉🏻👈🏻

Ordered a few small dishes to share. I really liked the tuna don. It came with a generous amount of tuna and ebiko, topped with a mini yolk. The rosti mentaiko was not bad but would have preferred the rosti more crispy. Baked camembert was good too but you'll have to eat it really quickly otherwise it will harden, would be great if they can serve it on a hotplate or have somthing to keep it warm. Overall a good experience, the staff were very friendly and polite.

It's a hit and miss.
Ordered the Tsukune($4.5),Sunagimo($4),Reba($4),Buta Bara($4.5).The Skewers a bit dry for my preference.
Their Buta Bara can be prepared in 2 type, shio or tare.
I like their parmesan chizu chips and torikawa oroshi ponzu (chicken skin).

A cozy place with great food! Staff were friendly as well. I had the spicy salmon don which was fresh and tasty. Must try the rosti mentai if u are a fan of mentaiko!!
Will definitely be back to try the other things in the menu :)
