Chicken was braised with black sauce and sesame oil to give the nice sesame fragance. Chicken was tender and the black sauce was slightly on the sweeter side. Not my favourite from this stall but this was a nice to have apart from the usual order.

A different type of BKT as compared to those peppery type from SG. Huge pot for sharing comes with lots of pork ribs cut into small pieces to ease the eating. Topped it off with intestine, enoki mushroom and fried beancurd skin. Love that the soup is sweet and light!

Hubby says this is the best BKT. Instead of the usual peppery taste, this soup is more subdued which I like. Pork ribs and liver were tasty enough even though I found Founders’ more tender. But look at the generous amount of tau kee given. The dough fritters could be cut into smaller pieces but I enjoyed the salted veggie. Order the sesame chicken too. It’s not bad!

The soup is very flavourful with a nice herbal touch and unlike the peppery versions of Singapore. It’s served with quite a few pieces of pork ribs that were nicely cooked but some parts were a bit on the dry & tough side. One can choose various add ons and our favourites were the enoki (5RM) that soaked up the soup aroma & pacific clams (6RM). As a fan of salted vegetables (3.50RM), would also recommend it as although a bit oily, is well-executed & not too salty and pairs well with the meat.

When i was at Taman Sentosa JB recently i was Recommended by my Cell Group member that there is a BKT i must try that what he told me. Look like when i was there it was Crowded have to wait for at least 30 to 45 mins because run out of Soup. Guess i went witg a big group of friend we order 4 pax portion abt 4 claypot. The Soup i like because it wasn"t too peppery must try is their Sambal Steamed Fish. Fish is Fresh no smell. We are so Fortunate to have it because we are lucky they sell selected day. The Sambal Sauce really goes with the SteamFish. Try to go Early to prevent long waiting time.

Good with rice, but on its own it is too salty.
