🌶🌶🌶🌶. Tripe was handled well as it tasted really clean. This dish is flavourful, the meat is cooked tender, and it does pack a nice punch. Certainly worth the burn in and out of your body.

Not too spicy despite looking dangerously fiery. Chicken was extremely tender. Sauce goes extremely well with rice (as usual). Also, I’d recommend adding a little vinegar to cut the oiliness of the dish. 赞。

Si Chuan Dou Hua has created a set of successful signature dishes renowned for their true flavours of Sichuan.

30 signature dishes are also available in the “In the Mood for Lobsters” special, including the famous Ma Po Tofu, Boiled Sliced Fish in Preserved Chilli Broth, Deep-fried Prawns with Wasabi, Seabass boiled in Sichuan Pepper Sauce, Sliced Beef with Spring Onions and Ginger, Sweet & Sour Pork with Pineapple, Crispy Roasted Chicken, Fried Rice with Crab Meat, Stir-fried Carrot Cake in XO Sauce, Sichuan Dan Dan Noodle, to name a few.

Essentially high SES wobbly crunchiness passed through a delectably spicy and numbing Sichuan filter. 4/5

Silky smooth, served in a not too sweet syrup with wolfberries. A light dessert to end the meal with!

Perfect to pair with steamed rice. Eggplant with Minced Meat in Minced Garlic & Chili Sauce ($20). Sauce was sweetish, with a tomato-y taste to it. A nice change from the usual mince meat sauce eggplant dishes. Stir Fried Diced Beef with Sliced Garlic ($28). Stir Fried French Bean with Minced Meat ($18). Boiled Sliced Fish in Sichuan Pepper Sauce ($28).
