🌶🌶🌶🌶. Tripe was handled well as it tasted really clean. This dish is flavourful, the meat is cooked tender, and it does pack a nice punch. Certainly worth the burn in and out of your body.
Not too spicy despite looking dangerously fiery. Chicken was extremely tender. Sauce goes extremely well with rice (as usual). Also, I’d recommend adding a little vinegar to cut the oiliness of the dish. 赞。

Essentially high SES wobbly crunchiness passed through a delectably spicy and numbing Sichuan filter. 4/5
Silky smooth, served in a not too sweet syrup with wolfberries. A light dessert to end the meal with!
Perfect to pair with steamed rice. Eggplant with Minced Meat in Minced Garlic & Chili Sauce ($20). Sauce was sweetish, with a tomato-y taste to it. A nice change from the usual mince meat sauce eggplant dishes. Stir Fried Diced Beef with Sliced Garlic ($28). Stir Fried French Bean with Minced Meat ($18). Boiled Sliced Fish in Sichuan Pepper Sauce ($28).
