Thanks to Burpple Beyond, we ordered the blackened barramundi and the lamb dish. Both were well presented and delicious. LOVED the texture of the fish... I just wish there was more of that green sauce! We also ordered the eggplant dish. I'm not a big eggplant fan but loved this. Amazing sourdough bread!! Loved the wine choices as well. Great service and ambiance.

Love the combination of nduja and burrata. Nduja is a spicy spreadable pork salumi made with pork shoulder, back fat, belly and a generous hit of spicy Calabrian peppers. A little goes a long way and it most definitely packs a punch, cutting through the richness of the creamy burrata!

Always love a good flatbread! The pulled smoked lamb was flavorful, having soaked up the essence of the spices it was simmered with. Then doused with mozzarella that melds in perfect harmony with the punchy pesto!

One of the popular mains here! Lightly battered barramundi with the creamy rich pistachio pesto balanced off with a light Asian spiced sprout salad. Batter is light and the barramundi is soft and tender.

Glad to be able to redeem this as part of the 1-1 deal on Burpple beyond! 😊

Not quite like what you’d expect from the sound of it. Not sure which part of this resembles a cheesecake! Perhaps due to the fact that they sweeten the dish with yoghurt sauce, fig jam and beetroot. Interesting, but I’d rather explore the other dishes on hind sight.

Tough choice between the 3 dips available on the menu, so why choose?

Ask for the mixed platter options and get all so there is no need to wonder what could have been! Dips include (starting from bottom going in clockwise direction) avo pesto, jalapeño hummus, eggplant pepper. Served with wood fired crusty rye sourdough. Yums!

The favorite of the lot has got to be the eggplant pepper, intensely flavored and certainly made its statement! The avo is slightly underwhelming as the pesto is too subtle. I could have been less forgiving with this being a crazy pesto fan. And the hummus, well, the jalapeños in the hummus complimented it pretty well!
