Signature KOI (Jewel Changi Airport)

Made of earl grey milk tea, rum & raisin ice cream, shot of rum & rum-infused raisins, is this drink actually worth $9.60?

Not too bad actually but I guess buy 1 cup to share around good enough... Special mention goes out to their rum-infused raisins! Really SHIOKKK

With only one waffle making machine, it could be quite a wait. By the way you have to collect the drinks at the counter while waffle will be served to your table. Although crispy crust, the waffle was quite dense.

$6.3. First time at signature Koi so decided to try this drink. Interesting mix of oat and boba though maybe we should’ve gotten the recommended 50% sugar instead of our usual 25%.

if you know me you’ll know i’m a fan of koi but still... this is the first time i’m trying Signature KOI and thankfully it didn’t disappoint🤩 got their 𝚂𝚒𝚐𝚗𝚊𝚝𝚞𝚛𝚎 𝙿𝚎𝚊𝚛𝚕 𝙴𝚊𝚛𝚕 𝙶𝚛𝚎𝚢 𝙼𝚒𝚕𝚔 𝚃𝚎𝚊 ($5.80) and 𝙷𝚘𝚗𝚎𝚢 𝙵𝚕𝚘𝚛𝚊𝚕 𝙶𝚛𝚎𝚎𝚗 𝚃𝚎𝚊 ($6.60 w pearls) and both were good !!! esp the 𝙷𝚘𝚗𝚎𝚢 𝙵𝚕𝚘𝚛𝚊𝚕 𝙶𝚛𝚎𝚎𝚗 𝚃𝚎𝚊 - the taste of floral is rly distinct! though we ordered less honey bc we wanted it to be less sweet, we could still taste the honey 🍯🤤 super tasty!! ; the 𝚂𝚒𝚐𝚗𝚊𝚝𝚞𝚛𝚎 𝙿𝚎𝚊𝚛𝚕 𝙴𝚊𝚛𝚕 𝙶𝚛𝚎𝚢 𝙼𝚒𝚕𝚔 𝚃𝚎𝚊 has a very strong tea taste which would be perfect for earl grey fans !!! i would say it’s worth it though it’s more expensive than normal koi - but not too the extent of craving it all the time, i think it’s nice for a treat once in a while👌

Becoz it says 24hours... Apparently we wanted to get the Waffles with Speciality Brew Tea but sadly after 10pm they do not serve the pressed tea anymore, however you can still order the waffles with ala carte bubble tea... So if u wanna try the speciality tea please go before 10pm to avoid disappointment :(

The waffles and ice cream is not bad actually for a bubble tea cafe... Is above my expectations ;)

Oatba here means that there is both oat and boba. I liked the oats because it was chewy but not so the boba because it became hard really quickly. The earl grey milk tea was pretty normal but the oats do go well with it.
