There’s was queue even already past 8:30pm, luckily I managed to grab one plate before they closed early at 9pm (usual closing time is 10pm).

For $4, you could get the essentials portion of satay beehoon with their delicious satay gravy. Of course you can add money for more items such as the prawn.

📍Sin Chew Satay Bee Hoon.
51 Upper Bukit Timah Rd, #02-162.

This satay beehoon from Sin Chew is quite popular. So i decided to give it a try. I ordered $5 (you can choose between $4/$5/$6), the ingredients inside are quite generous, contains of tau pok, pork slices, prawn, cuttlefish.

I like it to be more flavourful though for the satay sauce. I thought it was going to be a thick sauce but not really (in my opinion).

The dish was okay. Many people like it! So worth the try.

Ordered $5 (minimum $4) as I was hungry and it clearly didn't disappoint me. The lean pork, cockles and prawn are fresh and the satay sauce is not those that are thick which can caused jelat and it can be addictive.

This stall has been featured in blog such as Thesmartlocal and television show. Forgot to take a picture of it so I'm using the picture I found online.

Sauce is very thick, rich and tasty! Generous with ingredients! It's one of the oldest stalls in the food centre.
