This stall was right at the end of the hall. Lots of people queuing. Smelled really good. Garlic was take-as-u-please. The crispy bits covering the noodles didn’t do much cos they went soggy quite fast. There were small bits of fish meat and thinly sliced braised pork belly inside. Fish meat was very over cooked and pork belly only got maybe 3 slices. But got a good amt of ngor hiang and fish cake slices. Not too bad.

Add $1 for a cup without ice. Fresh and not sweet. Very thirst quenching. 👍🏻

5. Sour Plum Drink $0.50 per cup (Stall: 陈顺美)

Nicest of all was the sweet potato balls. Crispy on the outside, savory inside but price was too ex. Lobster Laksa was a disappointment. Lobster flesh was rubbery, overcooked. Gravy was thick, slight spicy but tasted more like curry than laksa. Egg & laksa leaves missing too! As for the Otah & sausage, they just tasted normal. Nothing to brag about. As for the drink, it's so diluted I can't taste any sour plum. Should have just gotten their grass jelly drink which they specializes in.

If there's time this weekend, I might pop by again to try other stalls. The 八度空间 卤肉饭 looked good.. The D'boss roasted duck had super long Q. There's Taiwan XL Crispy Chicken with cheese inside too! 🌎

These are Canadian oysters from Oyster Lah - all these fresh and consistent plump sized shells are first sous vide then carefully grilled and topped with one of the six sauces! Sunshine - paired with a quail egg, I liked this for you can taste the full natural sweetness of the oyster, Chili Crab, Butter Herb, Teriyaki Nori, Thai - the tangy and tingling heat packed in here was very appetising and Garlic Shallot (not in photo).

Oyster Lah is only doing pops up for now, that means 2 more days (till 25th) to catch @oysterlah.sg at Expo Hall 5's Food Fair! A huge thank you to @oysterlah.sg for hosting and @kenpgl for the invite! 🙆🏻
