Sinpopo Brand is an amalgamation of classics combined with Peranakan flavours to deliver a sensation-rich and delectable experience. Located in the heart of Katong, our restaurant pays homage to the communityโ€™s love for traditional comfort food by putting a delicious spin on familiar dishes in a charming retro setting located in a conserved shophouse in Katong, Singapore's first heritage town. We serve up gorgeous mains such as our Signature Nasi Lemak Set for 2 with Blue Pea Flower coconut rice (freshly steamed the traditional way with a muslin cloth no less!), a Wok hei-rich Sinpopo Crab Bee Hoon, tender Chargrilled Pork Chop with Hainanese-style potatoes & curry and more. NEWLY LAUNCHED is our breakfast menu which features a scrumptious array of brunch plates for both the local and western palate. ๐๐š๐ค๐ž๐ ๐ฆ๐ข๐ฌ๐จ ๐œ๐จ๐ ๐ก๐จ๐ซ ๐Ÿ๐ฎ๐ง ($23) - Perfectly baked creamy and tender miso atlantic cod and crispy fish maw with wok hei hor fun. Served in a light black cod broth.

@sinpopobrand did a menu revamp earlier this month and switched up many items while keeping the old favourites. There are quite a few fusion items now and they can be very unique too! Here's what we had:

The Sng Muay Pop ($7) was very refreshing with fizzy lime and preserved plum ice cubes.

This was a meal that we really enjoyed and I would want to go back again to try the other new items! Thank you @sinpopobrand for all the food and Wendy for the warm hospitality! ๐Ÿค—

The Goji and Raspberry ($8) was unique as well with a mix of the slightly sour tang and the sweet ๐Ÿ˜‹

The Gula Melaka Tiramisu ($13) is a dessert unique to Sinpopo, with gula melaka agar agar and egg white, topped with house-made sabayon. The gula melaka and coconut were very fragrant and it was a refreshing change from the usual tiramisu.

The Sinpopo Kopi Jelly ($12) has a caffeine kick with its strong espresso jelly and a slightly milder version of cappuccino jelly too. The espresso jelly goes well with the vanilla bean cream too.

The Baked Miso Cod Hor Fun ($23) had wok hei hor fun in a relatively lighter flavoured cod broth when compared to the crab bee hoon. The baked miso cod helped to elevate the flavours with its umami flavour and it had a melt in your mouth texture as well ๐Ÿ˜Œ
