The Sng Muay Pop ($7) was very refreshing with fizzy lime and preserved plum ice cubes.

The Gula Melaka Tiramisu ($13) is a dessert unique to Sinpopo, with gula melaka agar agar and egg white, topped with house-made sabayon. The gula melaka and coconut were very fragrant and it was a refreshing change from the usual tiramisu.

The Sinpopo Kopi Jelly ($12) has a caffeine kick with its strong espresso jelly and a slightly milder version of cappuccino jelly too. The espresso jelly goes well with the vanilla bean cream too.

The Baked Miso Cod Hor Fun ($23) had wok hei hor fun in a relatively lighter flavoured cod broth when compared to the crab bee hoon. The baked miso cod helped to elevate the flavours with its umami flavour and it had a melt in your mouth texture as well ๐
