Siraj Famous Waterloo Street Indian Rojak (Albert Centre Market)

Sometimes I get an insane craving for Indian Rojak that I just have to satisfy so here I was. 😛

At 7pm, the items were already selling out! I read that here, the sauce is thickened with sweet potatoes! 🍠 While I enjoyed the sauce and ingredients, the items weren't refried hot enough and just fell short of wowing us. Probably would be good to ask them to make sure everything is piping hot!

What did surprise us though was their Mutton Soup! 🍲It came packed with meat and the cartilage around the bone that was so satisfying to rip off. The soup was super flavourful as well! Fooooood comaaaaaaaa💆🏻‍♂️

Indians have a knack of making everything more colourful! Unfortunately, the same can't be said about the taste of the dish, especially the sauce, which was watery and bland at best :(
