The popiah looks very ordinary. But it has crispy bits inside it. The filling was flavourful and fragrant too! πŸ˜‹

This is really nostalgic... Looks pretty similar to the ones we have in Singapore however after tasting it I knew I was wrong... Never know that this crispy Popiah here is really so good... Ingredients are fresh... But the main reason was the crispy bites inside which leverage the common Popiah to the next level... The layer of soft thin skin to the juicy vegetables and last the crispy bites... You enjoy a 3layer feel at one go... Highly recommend you guys who visit KL to have this... They have quite some outlets... Do check it out...

So named as it is made up of three types of meat - pork sausage, minced meat and pork meatballs on a bed of slippery soft thin kway teow (flat rice noodles). Available in dry or soup, but I like it all tossed dry in a dark sauce base. Even better if it has specks of crunchy pork lard in it, as this one was.

For one, you can’t find such slippery smooth flat rice noodles in SG. Throwback to the weekend and amazing how time flies, even on leave. And how there are just some days where you just have to try your best, and accept what it is. #iccpudu #δΈ‰ι–“εΊ„ #samkanjeong #herpenandfork #sgblogger #sgfoodie #8dayseat #burpple #vscofood #openricesg #cafehoppingsg #instafood #instafood_sg #onthetable #stfoodtrending

I love the crunch which came with each bite. This is really the best popiah (spring roll) 😍😍.
