Surprise me please, Chef! Its basically this dish is all about. You never know what you will be getting. Will it suit your taste or will it not? Its a mystery, a thrill and an excitement. Its a joy to order it for one who wasn't sure what to have or just want some swim into the deep unknown.
I'm pleasantly surprised by the fish the chef made up with what they had on that day. Its so tender and delicate upon every bite. Easy to cut, had a slippery smooth texture and the savoury white sauce enhanced the taste of it. Comes with root vegetables and served with a small bowl of soft herb potato.
