A showcase of premium Scottish seafood with drinks by producers from Scotland at SKAI, 70 levels above ground. Over 60 species of sustainable seafood from the cold Scottish waters, which is why they are one of the popular choices by chefs around the world.
The most memorable dish for me will be the Salmon Fillet prepared to perfection and served with chorizo, fennel and apple. The firm and buttery-rich texture also go perfectly with “Brewdog Punk IPA” 5.4%.
Other dishes include Rock Oyster adorned in beetroot dashi, wasabi pear & oscietre caviar, as well as King Scallop with grapefruit, caramelised cauliflower, and tapioca.
Portion is big and meat is thick
This tiny loaf of bread might look unassuming, but do not be fooled! The warm fluffy bread paired with the amazing mushroom butter was absolutely delish and provided us with a brilliant start to our meal. The waiter was very generous too, with two hungry teenage brothers our family of walloped 5 loaves.
Afternoon Tea tends to put me in a Tea-rrific mood. More so when I am dining with a panoramic view of Marina Bay and CBD.

At 70 floors up, SKAI was a great spot to unwind - sipping tea and nibbling on dainty pastries while admiring the panoramic views of the city. Taking my pick from classics with a twist, the SKAI High Tea ($65/ per pax) had a lovely spread of well-crafted treats. The curated line-up seeing foolproof options like Raspberry Almond Macarons, Smoked Salmon with Cream Cheese Sandwiches, Cocoa Bonbon, and Coffee Choux Puffs.
For someone like me with an undeniable sweet tooth, my favourites were the bittersweet Matcha Chocolate Fudge Praline, tangy and refreshing Yuzu Butter Tea Cake as well as the vibrant Potato Sable. And for the savouries, I enjoyed the Pumpkin Feta Cheese Quiche for its slight spiced flavour and crumbly base.
$34 - Loves this Foie Gras small plate. Perfectly cooked meat that melted in my mouth. Stunning views of the SG skyline from the restaurant as well!
