I think the high tea experience is average because I have mixed feelings about the foods . I enjoyed the baked goods such as the quiches , the scones,the lemon tarts and the fragrant teas. But I find the sweets offerings such as the cheese cakes,macaroons and cakes average. The view is pretty scenic. This high tea seems to have its fans and this is my first high tea experience so I might be wrong but I think it's abit meh.

A showcase of premium Scottish seafood with drinks by producers from Scotland at SKAI, 70 levels above ground. Over 60 species of sustainable seafood from the cold Scottish waters, which is why they are one of the popular choices by chefs around the world.

The most memorable dish for me will be the Salmon Fillet prepared to perfection and served with chorizo, fennel and apple. The firm and buttery-rich texture also go perfectly with “Brewdog Punk IPA” 5.4%.

Other dishes include Rock Oyster adorned in beetroot dashi, wasabi pear & oscietre caviar, as well as King Scallop with grapefruit, caramelised cauliflower, and tapioca.

Portion is big and meat is thick

This tiny loaf of bread might look unassuming, but do not be fooled! The warm fluffy bread paired with the amazing mushroom butter was absolutely delish and provided us with a brilliant start to our meal. The waiter was very generous too, with two hungry teenage brothers our family of walloped 5 loaves.

Afternoon Tea tends to put me in a Tea-rrific mood. More so when I am dining with a panoramic view of Marina Bay and CBD.

Can’t believe it’s been almost two years since I had afternoon tea @skai.sg, which is served in one of the prettiest tier stands. Indulge in dainty savoury and sweet creations with delightful accents of Japanese and Asian inspiration.

Expect highlights such as:
* Crab, Creme Fraiche, Ikura, Pickled Apple
* Pumpkin Feta Cheese Quiche
* Yuzu Butter Tea Cake
* Pomelo Cheese Cake
