$34 - Loves this Foie Gras small plate. Perfectly cooked meat that melted in my mouth. Stunning views of the SG skyline from the restaurant as well!

𝙀𝙭𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙘 𝙏𝙧𝙞𝙛𝙡𝙚: Admittedly I chose this for the mad effects, but it wasn’t just a superficial dessert! Sour mango pops cut through the thicker mango compote, with a touch of lime sorbet to sweeten it up. The compote got slightly heavy towards the end, though it was really addictive whilst the toppings lasted.

𝙎𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙋𝙚𝙖𝙣𝙪𝙩 𝙈𝙤𝙨𝙨𝙚: a grand combination of basic tastes— peanut, chocolate, and yuzu, yet this brought out the best in each taste without any clashes. The toffee ice cream was light and on the icier side: a good call considering the heavier mousse 🍫

𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙗𝙧𝙤𝙠𝙚 𝘽𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙠 𝘼𝙣𝙜𝙪𝙨 (~+$20) was too chewy and tough for my liking, proving to be a workout for my jaw. Skip this, it wasn’t worth the top up! The flavour wasn’t really there either 🥩

𝘽𝙖𝙗𝙮 𝘽𝙖𝙨𝙨 was my preferred main of the 2: being partly soaked in seafood bisque and partly having a crispy saltier exterior. I didn’t expect fish to ever be flavourful enough but I ready enjoyed this ☺️

𝘽𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙠𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙒𝙖𝙜𝙮𝙪 𝙏𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙠𝙞 was drizzled with ponzu and truffle, and while the beef slices were thin, they were packed with enough flavour not to be overshadowed by the other elements of the dish. Mad props to the presentation too: it’s beautiful
