The 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘆 ($6.50), featuring crispy cubes of tender, juicy fish, were sensational.
Definitely returning to try the other main courses like the Lamb Chop and Sous Vide Pork Belly.
We also tried two items from the Finger Food category. The 𝗦𝗮𝘂𝘁é𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀 ($5.50) were pretty decent
Although the pork was well executed, we felt the spaghetti in the 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗔𝗴𝗹𝗶𝗼 𝗢𝗹𝗶𝗼 ($8.80) was too dry.
The succulent 𝗥𝗶𝗯𝗲𝘆𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗸 ($21) with black pepper sauce was supremely scrumptious. The refreshing mesclun salad and creamy mashed potatoes complemented it nicely.
The 𝗗𝘂𝗰𝗸 𝗟𝗲𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝘁 ($13) with truffle mushroom sauce was exceptionally tender and flavourful. The crunchy broccoli and crispy onion rings were excellent as well.
I was thoroughly impressed with the Western food at Skinny Chef, which has 4 outlets across Singapore. Every main course comes with a choice of two sides and a sauce.
