Tried this Seared Tuna Radicchio which had substantial pieces of the well-seared tuna, grilled potato, whole olives, quail eggs, etc. Requested to change from basil to yuzu dressing which was more sour than I expected but gave a pleasant kick to the mix. Quite a delicious combination of healthy ingredients, but of cuz being priced at $14.45 after GST, it's not somewhere I'll head to regularly for salads. #Burpple

There's no freedom salad (no custom made), all the quality ingredients and menu are carefully curated by the experts and assembled on site. You have an option to add proteins such as confit salmon, tuna, lamb or roast chicken if desired. Eating salads are never a sad affair, don't you think so too.
