SGD 7.90 nett. It's a lovely Taiwanese snowflake dessert that is not too sweet, suitable for the kosong clan. The shaved ice is soft and dense, like chilled marshmallows. Topped with fruits, raspberry sauce, yoghurt and mini mochi, it's a very delightful indulgence. I'll be back for the ones topped with panna cotta soon!

Matcha and Red Bean with Panna Cotta, and Mango Snowflake Ice with Panna Cotta are both price at $12.90. Love the combination of "flavoured" ice with panna cotta! Sadly, the serving portion in SG does not live up to its name in TW.

Taiwanese favourite Smoothie House brings cool relief to our tropical city with bowls of their madly popular Snowflake Ice in a cosy corner of One Raffles Place. The signature Mango Snowflake Ice with Panna Cotta ($12.90) tempts with multiple folds of mango shaved ice studded with huge chunks of mango and crowned with a wobbly panna cotta! Also worth trying is the Tiramisu & Red Beans Snowflake Ice with Panna Cotta ($15.90), with alternating layers of finger biscuits and coffee-based shaved ice dusted with cocoa powder. Bring two or three friends so you can try more flavours!

Hidden in the corner of One Raffles Place comes Smoothie House from Taiwan. Having eaten it at TW In June this year. I definitely need to check it out!
Sadly, I was rather disappointed with the overall experience at the outlet at Singapore 😿 (I know it is definitely not comparable with the one at Taiwan, but just hopefully it would be at least 60% similar?) Mango Snowflake Ice with Panna Cotta ($12.90) - Firstly the price is about twice of TW yet with a much smaller portion (I hope my memory didn't fail me, the portion in TW was giant and cost me only NT190 ~ SGD8 plus for the mixed fruit one). The Panna Cotta was less milky. However, the mango pieces was fortunately as huge, just not as sweet.
The other we ordered was the Matcha and Red Bean Snowflake Ice with Panna Cotta ($12.90). I didn't have it in TW so I can compare but the matcha ice was subtle in matcha flavour.

We had the matcha and red bean snow ice and mango snowflake ice ($12.90 each), both topped with panna cotta. 🍧🍨 Third round of food now!

This green and red-bean combination resembles the bingsu that I usually order, but it is not. I would describe the texture of most bingsu like fine snow, while the Taiwanese shaved ice having more folds and layers.

The matcha imported from Japan is on the slightly bitter side, but fans of red bean should relish this.
