My favourite Vietnamese cuisine dishes are chicken pho and the dry buncha with spring rolls and grilled chicken chop!
For the chicken pho at so pho, it comes with some sliced fishcakes as well! The typical sequence of how I eat chicken pho typically: drink the soup. Not spicy. Put in some chilli. Too spicy. Take out chilli padi. Eh no kick not nice. Put back more chilli. Get stung by chilli and take it out again. Reach for water. 🤣ðŸ¤ðŸ¤£
As for the dry vermicilli noodles here, the spring rolls are filled with shredded yam! Instead of the minced meat kind of spring rolls that I was expecting. The chilli served this time round also seemed to have changed? I prefer the normal citrusy tangy and slightly sweet sauce!
