$13.90. This is one of their recommended bowls. With 3 types of meat and egg included which is a nice touch as many places charge extra for the egg.

This bowl comes with chashu, pork belly and toriniku (pork jowl), suitable for those who love pork! The broth is the traditional tonkotsu one - very rich and flavourful! Pretty value for money bowl, I'd say!

The broth is double-boiled in signature Tonkotsu and premium bonito, which results in a very flavourful broth so full of umami! The toriniku (seared pork cheek) is also very tender! I like the thin but firm Hosomen ramen too.

Never miss the chance to try new thing although a bit curious if it will be a flop because the new item is not on promo price and look quite small compared to what they are offered on regular item.
.
Surprisingly, the Mazemen Set $9.90 is real good! The springy ramen noodle, diced cha shu, edamame beans and their secret sauce are all winners! that we almost forgot the half boiled egg (the usual highlight).🐣
.
💁‍♂️ P.S. don’t forget to top up $1 for Gyoza soup as we think it might be too dry without this side dish and when you come to So Ramen, of course we all prefer a soup! 😉

this consists of three varying yet equally delicious tender, flavourful meat 🤤 which are the braised pork cheek, as well as braised pork belly in two different sauces. the meats are generous and substantial in size + the onsen egg was cooked to perfection w oozy centre, and i loved the thinness and springiness of the noodles. the broth itself was hearty and further enhanced by the black onion drizzle. one of the better ramen at a very affordable price tag of $12.90

The ramens range from $7.90-$12.90 and for the low price, we went in with low expectations but were genuinely impressed with the flavorful tonkotsu broth that is on par to the $16+ ramen around. There is a generous serving of 3 big different cuts of tender & delicious Cha Siew, bamboo shoots & half an Onsen egg. Minor complains are that the noodles are slightly tough & the onsen egg lacked flavour but for this price point, we’ll def be back again.
