Although this looks so colourful, don’t be deceived! The brioche bun was too thick for my liking, the poached eggs didn’t flow like how I expected it to be, the taste was quite one-dimensional so after eating too many mouthfuls you get a bit tired. There’s much to improve in my opinion!

Loved the scrambled eggs in this one. I prefer my bacon crisp and waffles fluffy, so this wasn't up my alley. If you do like crispy, crunchy waffles, the ones here are good

Freshly fried, and served piping hot, this was great except that the fish was overcooked.

Soft eggy French toast with slightly bitter salted caramel banana. Good as dessert or mains, a must order from their newly opened outlet at Upper Thomson.

Started from a bubble tea shop to a cafe selling affordable artisan food at Hougang, SOD cafe is now opening a second outlet at Thomson. While their Hougang outlet is famous for their pasta, this new outlet will be offering all-day brunch items in addition to their standard cafe fare.

The following are items that I’ve tried:
𝐅𝐢𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬
𝐁𝐚𝐤 𝐊𝐰𝐚 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬
𝐒𝐎𝐃 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐁𝐢𝐠 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐭
𝐄𝐠𝐠𝐬 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐲 𝐨𝐧 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐜𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐮𝐧
𝐖𝐚𝐠𝐲𝐮 𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐟 𝐁𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐫
𝐏𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨 𝐏𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐒𝐧𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐫
𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐎𝐰𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐚 - 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐀𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐨 𝐎𝐥𝐢𝐨

My favourite is definitely their brunch items, especially the Eggs Benny! Perfectly poached eggs lying atop the buttery, soft and fluffy brioche bun.

@sodcafesg is officially opening their doors on 15 Feb! Catch them on their 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 happening from 𝟏𝟓 𝐅𝐞𝐛 𝐭𝐨 𝟐𝟏 𝐅𝐞𝐛 and stand a chance to win $𝟭𝟴𝟴 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗵! Huat ah🍍🧧!

Their bubble tea was good! Fragrant and not too sweet (able to choose your own sugar level).
