Many thanks to a friend for introducing this to me, just tasting the noodles alone I’m sure I’ll be back again cause its really yummy!!

Here’s why:
✔️ Springy noodles, easily separated upon stirring 🍜
✔️ Flavour on the noodles evenly coated although there wasn’t any sauce. Big plus point!! 💯
✔️ Superb price points

Wanton mee comes in Regular, Large & Jumbo size. Shown here the bowl in white is Regular, the black bowl Jumbo. It’s the original version, there’s also black sauce version.

Every bowl comes with fried wanton, char siew, sweet thai pork sausage and the greens.

Ordered a separate plate of savoury pork sauce and I wasn’t enjoying it as much after I’ve eaten the noodles because the ones in the noodle are sweet!

Only downside is service here can be much better, its rude when the staff ignores or isn’t helpful when it comes to collecting our order.

A nice Thai style wanton mee (regular) size is SGD4.50. Noodle is super Q with some tasty oil sauce and some crispy pork lard, char siew and 1 fried wanton. I would recommend to order the fried prawn dumplings at SGD5 with 5 in a plate. The fried prawn dumplings are filled with generous fillings and bits of prawn.

Would recommend to eat at the Thomson branch as it is air-conditioned and clean.

First Time Trying This And It's Actually Pretty Decent. 3 sizes, small, large and jumbo. The large size is equivalent to normal noodle bowl size outside so u have to order large as a regular meal. $5.50 for this, price still quite ok.

Cancelling travel plans due to Covid, and staying in Singapore ain’t bad when we really have good food from around the world... Don’t have to go BKK to satisfy my thai wanton cravings and I am happy!!!
Also, practice social distancing and wash your hands regularly!

A little pricey at $5 for a regular bowl as their portions are rather small, but a hella tasty and flavour bomb of a bowl of wanton mee it is.

The Thai wanton Mee was similar available in 3 sizes; but frankly, it couldn’t compare in terms of flavours. Everything in the bowl kinda fell short in taste individually, and didn’t do as well together.
The other part and confused us was that they offered many more items on their menu, including curry noodles, chicken cutlet curry rice and even curry fish head. We tried the cutlet curry rice and were also disappointed. The curry was watery and cutlet was not substantial in size nor portion.
To go with our noodles and rice, we ordered the pig trotter which was 1 of their recommended items. It was modesty tasty though not outstanding in flavour.
So at the end of it, we were still puzzled b’cos this Soi 19+ Thai wanton Mee tasted different from that of Soi 19, and the others items they offered weren’t memorable as well.
