Pictured are the exclusive sets available at Soi Candy, helmed by Chef Candy who is from Chiang Rai and the restaurant serves up contemporary Northern Thai cuisine. There are a total of four sets, with Set A being the Fried Squid Cake, homemade squid paste and squid chunks patties that are fried and served with a Thai sweet chili dipping sauce. For Set B, it is the Signature 2-Tone Noodle, which is similar to our local wanton noodles and comes with minced pork, pork balls and roasted char siew while for Set C, it is a stunner of a dish of Chiang Rai Spicy Minced Pork that has been tossed in an aromatic Thai herb salad with your preferred spicy level. Last but not least, Set D features the Deep-Fried Sea Bass that is topped with a tangy mango salad.
