Yums to the Cheong Cheong fun in this fuss free eatery specialising in curry puffs .

Good homemade sambal and not so sweet black sauce .

Had this flavourful bowl of noodles on a Friday morning.
It was the daily special menu, limited edition off the standard menu.
Crispy fried fish fillet, juicy inside.
Delectable noodles, tomato & green vegetables in the tasty broth.
Seriously yummy!

Very yummy curry puff!!! I was so impressed with the crust which is composed of many layers of thin, buttery flakes. Its crispy outer texture, paired with the soft curry potatoes and chicken within, made this a real winner. I watched a YouTube video that interviewed the lady boss here who is the third generation owner of this place and they’ve have persisted in making every single ingredient from scratch. This curry puff is indeed testament to all their efforts 👍🏼

Quite literally, love at first bite.
They, are the OGs behind franchised brand: 1A Crispy Curry Puff. Generous on the chicken & potato filling, encased in a super flakey shortcrust pastry handmade by grannies in their back kitchen. I love how they control the quality of these puffs by frying only what’s enough for their hotbox showcase at the entrance of the shop, then occasionally do top ups so everything is fresh and piping hot. This little family run business has been around for three decades and my stomach hopes, many more to come.
PS: Sesame Balls are super good too.

This place has by far the most juiciest curry puff ever. The crispy outer layers and the juicy potato, chicken and egg filling really come together and pack a punch with each bite. At $1:70 the curry puff is seriously a very good bite , too bad I couldn’t try their range of curry puffs ( custard, durian, sardine and otah) as I never fail to order the Nasi Lemak $5.
There is something uniquely different but tasty about their Nasi Lemak , the rice is absolutely light, fluffy and yet so full of flavor, that you can just eat it on its own. (I am always tempted to ask for more, let me know if you feel the same too)
As for the couple serving you, one look and you can tell, they are absolutely in love with what they do.
