packed with soft silken tofu, generous amount of fresh prawns and chopped vegetables ✨ blended into thick rich mapo tofu sauce ✨ not too spicy for regulars but even to make you breathe smoke 💨 The ramen noodles are thicker than their usual.
Yummy pork cheeks with ni tamago and menma in my favourite steaming hot tonkotsu soup
The girlfriend always wanna eat this average ramen so I had to find something else. This stone pot dish I regretted. The pork was basic. The food stayed overly hot for too long, which I've always disliked. The raw egg also disappeared into the rice instantly due to the heat. Not to mention this is the priciest rice dish on the menu.
Was over at Sō’s nex outlet recently to try their latest festive seasonal dish - Flaming Lobster Poached Rice!
This was such an enjoyable dish! The flame-torched Boston lobster topped with mentaiko and cheese was succulent and had a nice firm texture! The seafood tonkotsu broth was both comforting and umami-laden, and the squid and scallop added some sweetness too, while the crunch came from the puffed rice. Also liked that the dish was served in stone-pot so it stayed warm throughout our meal!
There's only a limited number of Flaming Lobster Seafood Poached Rice Set ($24.90) sold daily, and is only available for dine-in at all their outlets till end of March 2023, while servings last!
Their promotional set comes with curry ramen, salmon don, pumpkin croquette and drink. The smoked salmon was nice and they are generous with the amount. Ramen dont look appetising but tasted ok.
