It was soft and fluffy. Came with organic whipped cream, a few sour raspberries and a mini jar of velvety rich Maplewhisky. I was drawn to the Maplewhisky but to my great disappointment, I couldn’t taste any whisky nor the whisky fragrance in the maple syrup. However a few whisky-infused raisins were found in the soufflés, making the soufflés even more palatable and fragrance.

It was soft and fluffy, came with organic whipped cream, Azuki red beans and a scoop of matcha ice cream. However, I find the matcha flavor was not strong enough for the soufflé. It would be better if it has a stronger matcha fragrance. I personally love the Azuki red beans, it was sweet and salty, goes really well with the soufflés. (THB 340).
