During my second trip to South Korea, I tried samgyetang at this one Michelin restaurant. It’s also hard to miss this restaurant as there is a large chicken mascot at the entrance. πŸ₯ The tour guide taught us the proper way to eat this dish: first, cut open the chicken and let the rice and ginseng seep into the soup and second, mix the chicken meat with some salt and pepper to add more flavour to it. Some seasoning is a must for me, because I still find the chicken rather bland!
